You guys.. I have a serious, serious addiction to sugar..
seriously.
its rough.. I LOVE sweets, but lately.. my thighs have been lovin them too!
So the other day at the grocery store, I decided to give Crystal Light a try, and to my surprise, it’d delicious! Its only 5 calories and O sugar (an excellent solution to my super sweet Kool-Aid)
but the problem is, I’ve heard artificial sweeteners are bad for you! is this stuff really bad for you? and too good to be true? I sure hope not! =)
What do you guys think about artificial sweeteners? Do you use them? and how often? and which ones?

I've made my peace with aspartame. I try to limit it. Archer farms (Target's brand) has a really good Cherry Limeade that is sugar free too.
I have heard good and bad things about them. I drink diet coke all the time. I have just learned to accept aspartame. I really don't think it's the worst thing for you.
There are goods and bads with everything! I think if you drink in moderation its fine! I like diet sodas and just try to limit how much I drink.
