mandarin oranges, raspberries, mozerella, spinach leaves, and paula deen glazed almonds and pecans… YUM

Easy Blueberry Muffins
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
combine all ingredients and bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees! makes 12! they were perfect and delicious!

So I’ve been researching natural remedies lately.. with all the talk of cancer and using natural and herbal remedies I wanted to find some information for my self.
Have any of y’all heard about the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar? Its seriously like a cure-all product! By drinking 2 tbsp of ACV a day it can cure these:
Do any of you guys use ACV? You’re supposed to put 2 tbsp in 8 to 16 oz of water, tea, or juice and you can add honey to taste if you like! Today I added 1 tbsp to a cup of mango peach green tea and used honey to sweeten it! I can barely taste it so I’ll have another cup later to get my 2 tbsp in!
What do you guys think about natural remedies? Have you tried them? Do you think they’re better? Do you have any that you always use?

Yesterday was Mothers Day.. I got up with my nephew at 8:00 so my mom and sis could sleep in and we made banana pudding together! It was YUMMY! the WHOLE thing got eaten in ONE day! crazy!

What I’m Loving Wednesday!
1. this beautiful little girl!
she is learning to smile and doing it more and more! She is such a blessing to our family! Aunt Mere loves her SOOO much!
2. I get to be home with my kitty Bella!
She is beautiful.. hence the name ;)
3. My new background and template! After going through BILLIONS yesterday, I finally picked one!
4. My roomie Nicole made a blog.. she’s just getting started so go show her some love!
5. I have a MUCH needed Bestie day tomorrow with Ash!
We are going to see Beastly at the dollar theater and using my giftcard from Phonathon for lunch at Carrabbas.. $1 movie and free lunch…. heck yes!
6. I also have a MUCH MUCH needed date with Wesley on Thursday! Break out the champagne we can FINALLY spend a whole day together without having to study or leave early to go back to school to get work done!!

My newest DIY project!
I’m back from school and my room is a MESS trying to get everything into place.. I always wanted to have a bookshelf with pretty stuff on top! so I took a break from unpacking and organizing to do this project!
in hindsight.. I maybe should’ve picked a different word other than “j’adore” since I have the LOVE sign.. oh well! I still love it!

I’m pretty excited school is over, but at the same time, I’m SUPER sad because my best friend from school Nicole is going back to Ohio!
She graduated Saturday (Congrats!!) and now she has to go home until she can find a job in Georgia!
I can’t wait for her to come back because we all had so much fun in our apartment together!
