Bottoms Up!

I know I already posted but I love our pics from tonight so i’m posting again! and my last post was pretty boring!

tonight we started out at chick fil a because I saw that LESLIE tweeted they had sweet potato fries now! and i LOVE sweet potato fries! but when we got there.. NO sweet potato fries! =(

after that we decided to go to Applebee’s for drinks and dessert! and i’m gonna warn you.. theres quite a few pics! but I like them all so here we go!

 

i dont remember exactly what this is called.. but its something like chocolate lava cake! yum-o!

Nicole’s mistake martini! She ordered a caramel appletini but they brought her a mango martini? Not sure how you mix those up but it was still realllyyy good!

this is by far the best mixed drink I’ve had! Strawberry-mango frozen margherita! definitely my new fav!

SO. one time, I bit into a lemon.. not my best idea but my roomies got a good laugh out of it, so I got dared to bite into the lime on my drink. and here’s the result. (sorry they’re pretty blurry.. i was moving a lot!) ha

anywho.. it was such a fun girls night after such a long week! Now we’re just relaxing on the couch watching Fashion Police on E! haha goodnight everyone!

1. Where did you meet your spouse and did you instantly know it was love?

- I don’t have a spouse! Yet! But I met my boyfriend in high school and yeah, we instantly clicked!

2. What is your favorite room in your house?

-at home, its our dining room. We redid is last year and i love the color!

-at my apartment its my bedroom! I have the most comfortable bed in the world! jersey/knit sheets and microfiber comforter! =))

3. Can you wiggle your ears?

- haha no.. i wish! that would be pretty nifty!

4. What is your evening ritual?

-put on pjs, wash my face, brush my teeth, floss, mouth wash, face lotion, and either watch some t.v. or read my book in bed! whatever i’m feeling!

5. How many hours of sleep do you need to function?

-hmm to function? i’m gonna go with 6.. but to feel really okay.. I want 7 or 8!

Now that thats done with! I made a very exciting purchase yesterday! EASY TONES! I went to TJ Maxx with my roommate Emerald to get some more yoga pants! SINCE i’m going to be working out a lot! ;) i found some awesome yoga pants and a pair of easy tones for $49.00! Normally they’re around $80-100!

I wore them to kickboxing last night! and oh my goodness you guys! I am in pain! I don’t know if it was the fact that I am SO out of shape or if they really did work my legs that much more, (probably a little of both) but i am SORE! the upside though is that they are super comfy! i highly recommend them! they pretty much look like this! =)

i know its a little late, but i’m linking up with Jamie again this week!

I am LOVING that my beautiful niece is home with us now! I miss her though and wish I could be closer to her! I’ll see her in 2 weeks though! yay!

I am loving that i went to yoga today! i forgot how much I love yoga! today we worked on posture! so i’m double loving it because it helps my new years resolution! =) maybe one day i’ll be able to do this… ha

I am loving that I found out this week that I’m officially graduating next spring!! I’ll have 1 more semester of classes than 1 semester to student teach and I couldn’t be more excited! Even though I had to add ANOTHER class so that I could graduate! (it’s up to 11 now if you lost count.. I sure did..)

I am loving that I’m going to kickboxing tomorrow for the very first time! yay! I can’t wait! hi-yah!

I am loving that tonight I had a relaxing night with my roomies laughing at American Idol and now I’m watching Toddlers and Tiaras.. this show CRACKS me up!

and i’m loving that i got to see my boyfriend yesterday and i took some pics of him against his will! hahaha

I am SO excited because today…

MY NIECE CAME HOME!!

The hospital called my sister this morning to tell her that BrookeLynn could come home today!

Bailey had to RUSH out to pick up some last minute things and it was up to us to remember to take everything to the hospital.. and meet her there! WELL halfway there we realized we forgot her heart monitor! ugh! so we had to go all the way back home and back to the hospital! but it was completely worth it!

you would think out of all the  pictures I took today that I would have one with BrookeLynn and her mommy but.. sadly I don’t! =( i’ll get some soon though!

I’m heading back to school in the morning! I don’t have class until 11:00 so i’m gonna head out around 8:30!  I wanted to spend atleast one night with my gorgeous Brookie!

i don’t have anything super exciting to blog about.. so heres a little this and that.

ashley and I went on our second blizzard trip of the year! =) i’m really liking this bucket list! ;)

and Ash got Mint Oreo!

 

..the mint oreo was awesome! it tasted like a thin mint! and we even had a nifty coupon.. buy one medium blizzard, get any size free! =D

tomorrow I finally go back to school.. which I’m actually really glad about! I went for 3 days last week and then missed an entire week! I feel like I’ve been out of school forever and I’m ready to go back! I’m a little worried about my schedule this semester.. It’s not the best one I’ve had but i can handle it….i think! =)

incase you were wondering.. that’s 10 classes and 18 hours. =P BUT i’ll be done next spring so I’m just keeping that in mind!

I also bought some super cute things today LIV’S valentine exchange today! i am SUPER excited! I’ll find out who my partner is tomorrow! =D i would post pics but.. obviously that would ruin the surprise! ;)

and finally.. i found some really cute shoes i want today.. so i thought i’d share because.. who doesn’t love shoes?? can you tell i like this style? haha. I think i’m gonna reward myself with a pair soon.. just because =)

Keep Calm and Have a Cupcake!

Yesterday Ashley and I were absolutely sick of sitting at home so we set out for the mall! We figured we could find our scrapbooks and i still have a Barnes and Noble gift card I’ve been needing to use!  we ran in walmart on the way and happened to run into these awesome scrapbook kits! it came with a scrapbook, 24 pieces of paper, cut outs, and stickers! so we got them!

by the mall theres also this awesome scrapbook store called archive! so we went in and i bought a couple sheets of paper!

next we ventured to the mall and had to resist some really awesome sales! i’m tellin you, it was HARD! 75% off at Victoria’s Secret fragrance store, 60% off at yankee candle, and an extra 30% off Old Navy’s clearance!  We stayed away and just went for Barnes and Noble! I went to get a book i’ve been wanting and it was 18.00! i’m sorry, but even with a gift card i just couldnt spend the whole thing on ONE book! i could by 6 or 7 books on amazon with 18.00! haha SOO all I walked out with was a $3 bookmark.. but its really cute! Keep Calm and Have A Cupcake!

on the way home my dad called and said since they roads were better we could finally go get my computer! i LOVE it and now i have this nifty program.. windows live writer.. it links up to my blog and i can write blog posts with it! its so much easier! =DD
